Paldea Solutions wasn't built by a Silicon Valley team or a faceless agency. It was built by two East Tennessee guys who've known each other their whole lives — and decided it was time to build something of their own.

Justin and Jordan grew up together in East Tennessee — the kind of friendship where 25-plus years go by and you still talk every week and laugh at the memories. Between the two of them, they've spent over 25 years working in tech across a wide variety of roles on both the software and infrastructure sides of the house..
They've been blessed with great careers. Stable paychecks. The whole package. But somewhere along the way, both started feeling the same thing: the work didn't matter the way they wanted it to. It wasn't moving the needle in a meaninful way.
The answer was sitting right in their backyard. East & Middle Tennessee is full of contractors, roofers, and trade business owners who are incredible at their craft — guys who are on-site, in the trenches with their crews, swinging hammers and running jobs. The work isn't the problem. The problem is everything around the work: the missed calls, the lost follow-ups, the leads that slipped through because they were too busy actually doing the job.
So Justin and Jordan took 25 years of tech experience, paired it with their understanding of how local businesses actually operate, and built Paldea Solutions — a back-end system that handles the chasing, the booking, and the follow-ups so business owners can stay focused on what they do best.
One mission. Simple as that: make sure our customers never miss another lead.
Justin's been in tech for 16+ years, with 7+ of those years spent managing and administering CRMs, SaaS, and Go-To-Market technologies. He's excited to take everything he learned from the corporate sector and provide a service to the community he grew up in.

10+ years in tech, born and raised in East Tennessee. Jordan focuses on client relationships and operations — making sure every roofer who works with Paldea actually feels heard, supported, and getting real results month after month.
Off the clock: on the water fishing, coaching his son's baseball team, and cheering on the Vols every fall.
